Each month from April to October, the Sacramento Valley Garden Railroad Society holds general meetings in members’ homes.  These meetings are generally on the second Saturday of the month from 11A to 1P, unless the hosts choose another day. This also provides some time after the meeting for open houses in the same vicinity.

There are no general meetings in November, December, January, or February as the weather is too unpredictable for outdoor events.  In November we have indoor set ups for the modular groups.  In December we hold a pot-luck lunch and swap meet.  In January, the Club has its annual Luncheon/Banquet.   We don’t usually have a meeting in February, but often hold clinics and workshops. 

The Board of the Sacramento Valley Garden Railroad Society meets on the second Thursday of each odd-numbered month (January, March, May, July, September, November).  The Board may meet at other times as necessary.

October 12, 2024 — General Meeting, Joan Sampson’s RR, 11:00am – 1:00pm

November 2-3, 2024 — International Rail Fair, Cal Expo, 10am-5pm 11/2 and 1pm-4pm 11/3  

November 14, 2024 — Board Meeting, Round Table on Sierra College Blvd, 12:00pm

December 7, 2024 — Swap Meet, Potluck & General Meeting, Kilaga Springs Lodge 1187 Sun City Blvd, Sun City, Lincoln, 11:30am – 2:00pm
